If you watch Indian films in a language that is not your own, you have met this problem. A film is listed, you press play, and it is the Hindi dub. Nothing on the page said so.
Most services do not tell you what audio a listing carries. A handful do, and they are mostly the ones built for the languages themselves — Simply South, ManoramaMAX, aha, Sun NXT. When those services say a film plays in Malayalam, that is the platform's own statement, read off its own page, and we record it as confirmed. When Netflix or Prime Video list the same film, we usually have to infer the track or leave it blank.
These 10 films are recent, they are streaming in India, and every one of them carries a service's explicit statement that it plays in the language it was made in. No inference, no guessing from the title.

Why this list is short
Because the honest version of it is short. We hold several thousand recent South Indian films, and only a fraction carry a platform's own statement of the audio track; the rest are inferred from the film's language, which is usually right and is not the same thing. This list is the subset where nobody has to trust us — the service said it.
It is also India-only, and that is worth saying plainly. The services that publish their audio tracks publish Indian catalogues, which is what we read. Several of them sell abroad too, and a film here may well be watchable where you are; we have no way to check, so we have not claimed it.
The full catalogue, filtered by language and by where you are, is in the catalogue.
