Terms of use

The site is an information service. We do not host, stream, sell, or rent films. Every “Watch” link leads to a third-party streaming service that holds the rights to the film, and your use of that service is governed by its terms, not ours. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, availability, or conduct of any service we link to.

Streaming availability changes daily, and part of what we show is inferred rather than confirmed. We label the difference and we correct errors when we find them or when you tell us, but we cannot promise that any film is available on any service, in any language, at the moment you look. Check the service before you subscribe or pay for something on the strength of a listing here.

Film synopses may be drafted by a language model from cited sources and are labelled as such where they appear. They can contain errors. Editorial pieces are the opinion of the person who signed them.

If you send a correction, a report that a film is available somewhere, a line about a film, or any other text through the site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, and use it as part of the catalogue, with or without attribution to the name you gave. You confirm it is your own writing and does not copy text from elsewhere. We read submissions before publishing them and may decline any of them without giving a reason.

Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or intended to mislead. Deliberately false availability reports are the one thing that damages the site for everyone, and we will block sources of them.

The catalogue’s facts — titles, years, languages, credits — are drawn largely from Wikidata and are public domain. Our editorial writing, synopses, page design, and the availability data we gather ourselves are ours. You may link to any page, quote short passages with attribution, and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the catalogue in bulk, scrape it for a competing service, or republish our writing without permission. Ask; we usually say yes.

Posters, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification.

The site may carry advertising. Advertisements are marked as such and do not influence which films are listed, how they are described, or where they appear. Advertising cookies are set only with your consent; see the privacy page.

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any service it links to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
