A shy village girl named Lakshmi moves to the city for work and stays at a women's hostel, where she becomes possessed by a vengeful supernatural entity. The possession causes dramatic changes to her personality and behavior, leading to mysterious deaths, until an exorcist reveals the entity's true identity and motivations.
