When her mother is injured and left paralyzed, a young woman named Anjali returns with her fiancé Anoop to her family home in Kerala, where she begins experiencing disturbing occurrences believed to be linked to the spirit of her deceased twin sister Geetha. A psychologist, Dr. Sunny Joseph, is called in to investigate the strange, escalating events at the house and help Anjali through her ordeal. The 2013 Malayalam horror film is a spin-off of an earlier Mohanlal classic and a remake of a Thai film, with Mohanlal reprising his earlier role alongside Keerthy Suresh.
