This 2016 Malayalam horror thriller, directed by Kannan Thamarakkulam, follows businessman Sathyajith, his wife Amala and daughter Aami after they move into a cursed estate called Chempakakotai, where a vengeful spirit tied to a tragic past begins tormenting the family. Seeking help from a psychiatrist and later a mystic, Sathyajith uncovers a dark history involving betrayal and death linked to the property, forcing him to confront secrets from his own past. The film, shot mainly in Palani and Thodupuzha, was later dubbed into Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
