Set largely in Thailand, this Hindi thriller follows Bala Roy, a software engineer who is abducted without warning and locked away in isolation for years, unaware of who is responsible or why. After his unexplained release, he teams up with a local taxi driver in Bangkok to trace the people behind his abduction and uncover the motive for his imprisonment. The film is a Hindi remake drawing on the same source material as the South Korean movie Oldboy.
