This Tamil horror comedy follows a con-artist telemarketer who inherits a rundown mansion from his estranged father and turns it into a hotel with help from a caretaker and his sister. When a string of guests mysteriously die during their stay, the hero and his companions become entangled in a deception involving buried bodies, a police investigation, and the discovery of a sinister supernatural force tied to the property's past. As the truth unravels, the group must contend with the vengeful spirit haunting the house.
