This 1993 Hindi comedy-adventure follows Vikas, a perpetually failing college student, and Sunil, a hot-tempered newcomer from Haryana, whose rocky first meeting turns into friendship. Their lives get complicated by romantic interests and by a stolen nuclear component accidentally left in Vikas's car by a band of fugitive terrorists led by Colonel Chikara, who later kidnap loved ones to force its return. The two young men are drawn into confronting the terrorist group as they try to protect the people they care about.
