Set in Goa and a border village in Maharashtra, this Hindi-language action drama follows Bajirao Singham, a principled police officer known for his no-nonsense methods, who clashes with Jaikant Shikre, a corrupt and powerful businessman-politician running criminal operations. After being transferred to Goa in retaliation for standing up to Shikre, Singham uncovers the extent of his rival's illegal empire and its links to a fellow officer's earlier disgrace and death, setting up a growing confrontation between the two men. The film blends this central rivalry with a romantic subplot involving an industrialist's daughter who falls for Singham's integrity.
