This 2005 Hindi fantasy comedy follows Aditya, the sole breadwinner of a large joint family in Mumbai, who falls in love with a tutor before his life takes an unexpected turn after a fatal accident. In the world beyond, he encounters a stylish, soft-hearted version of the god of death and strikes a deal to return and protect his family home from a scheming relative and a businessman eager to buy it. Aided by a young boy he meets in the afterlife and a mysterious helper on Earth, he tries to set things right for the people he loves.
