This 2004 Hindi musical romance follows Daksh Mittal, a wealthy but perpetually intoxicated young man who becomes instantly smitten with Jiya, a dancer caring for her mentally challenged brother, after a chance street encounter. Their growing bond is complicated by Daksh's obligation to marry another woman, Anahita, in order to secure a large inheritance, prompting him to seek guidance from his loyal butler, John Uncle, on how to navigate the situation.
