After the sudden death of Amar Shah leaves his family's Canadian company in turmoil and his fiancée Pia grief-stricken, a skilled newcomer named Shekhar steps in to help revive the business, unaware to the family that he was secretly connected to the fatal accident. As he grows close to the Shahs and falls for Pia, a police inspector's ongoing investigation and the arrival of another suitor for Pia complicate his hidden guilt and growing feelings.
