Set in India in the late 1970s and mid-1990s, the story follows a strict-minded police officer who is framed and imprisoned by a powerful criminal, leaving her three sons to grow up apart and estranged from one another. Years later, one son serves in the military, another falls for a woman from a wealthier family, and the third has unknowingly gone to work for the same crime boss who wronged their mother. As old family wounds resurface, the three siblings are drawn back into each other's lives and toward a reckoning with the man who upended their family.
