This Tamil vigilante drama follows Velu, a fitness trainer whose aggressive defense of his family masks deep guilt over a past tragedy. After a severe injury leaves him believing he has little time left to live, a retired army man convinces him to take violent action against the criminals terrorizing their town, leading Velu to become a feared masked figure known as Thiruthani. His growing notoriety draws the attention of a corrupt politician who wants him eliminated, setting off a chain of confrontations.
