This Tamil-language sequel to the 1996 film Indian brings back Kamal Haasan as Senapathy, an elderly former freedom fighter who has taken up vigilante justice against corrupt officials. Years after the original story, he joins forces with Chitra Aravindhan and his associates to confront widespread corruption. The movie was directed by Shankar and features a large ensemble cast including Siddharth, S. J. Suryah, Rakul Preet Singh, and others, with brief cameo appearances by Kajal Aggarwal and Kalidas Jayaram.
