A police constable named Murugavel struggles to keep his younger brother Ravi from drifting into crime, and after relocating to Chennai for work, discovers the boy has fallen in with a gangster named Meesa Padma who exploits minors for street crime. As Murugavel confronts this world undercover while also dealing with health struggles and a growing relationship with a fellow officer, he becomes determined to take down the gang controlling his brother's life.
