Set in Tamil Nadu during the late 1990s and early 2000s, this Tamil crime thriller follows police officer Theeran as he leads a long, painstaking investigation into a violent gang of nomadic dacoits carrying out brutal robberies and killings along the highways. As the case drags on for years and the criminals escalate their attacks, including one that strikes close to Theeran's own team, he is eventually given full authority to hunt down the culprits. The story is inspired by real police operations against the Bawaria robbery gang.
