Set in London a year after a deadly New Year's Eve bombing, this Tamil neo-noir thriller follows a blind man who befriends a cab driver and a beauty-pageant winner while secretly carrying out a string of killings guided by a mysterious woman's instructions. As a British-Tamil police inspector investigates the murders, the innocent taxi driver becomes a suspect, and clues gradually point toward the blind man's hidden past as an intelligence operative connected to the earlier bombing.
