This 1997 Tamil drama explores the fractured bond between a rigid, wealthy patriarch and his youngest son, whom he has rejected for years. When the son marries against his father's wishes and builds a successful life through determination and his wife's support, circumstances eventually force a reckoning between them. The narrative follows how their family's pride and misunderstandings gradually give way to understanding.

Where to watch in USA

We checked the streaming catalogues and it isn’t on any service we cover — in any country, not just yours. Films leave and return, so this can change.

We check JioHotstar, Eros Now, Sun NXT, Prime Video, ZEE5 and 13 others. If it is streaming somewhere we don’t read, it won’t show up here — tell us and we’ll add it.
