Set two years after the events of Naan, this Tamil action thriller follows Salim, a compassionate young doctor in Chennai whose dedication to helping poor patients strains both his career and his romance with Nisha. When Salim's frustration boils over after being let go from his hospital, he ends up holding a group of men hostage at a hotel, drawing police attention and setting off a tense standoff tied to a larger crime he uncovers involving one of the hostages' families.
