Sakthivel is a 1994 Tamil action drama directed by K. S. Ravikumar, centered on a principled police head constable raising his daughter Lalli. After he assaults the son of a local politician, he is promoted to Sub-inspector but reassigned to a violent village torn apart by an ongoing rivalry between two powerful figures, the Pannaiyar and the Chairman, a conflict that has left many villagers dead. The film follows his efforts to deal with this dangerous new posting.
