Qayamat: City Under Threat

This 2003 Hindi action thriller follows a CBI officer tasked with stopping a trio of terrorists who seize control of a Mumbai prison, take hundreds of tourists hostage, and threaten to unleash a deadly virus-laden weapon unless the government pays a huge ransom.
