Pithamagan is a 2003 Tamil psychological crime drama about a man who grows up in a graveyard with almost no exposure to human society, communicating more like an animal than a person. His life changes when he crosses paths with a small-time con artist who ends up in jail with him, and the two develop an unlikely bond of loyalty and protection that draws them both deeper into the world of a local drug trafficker.
