Panga follows Jaya Nigam, a former national Kabaddi champion who now works as a railway reservation clerk in Bhopal and has set aside her sporting past since becoming a wife and mother. Encouraged by her husband Prashant and her young son Adi, she decides to attempt a comeback to competitive Kabaddi, training with help from her old teammate-turned-coach Meenu while balancing work, family duties, and the physical demands of returning to the game after years away. The story follows the emotional and practical struggles she faces in trying to reclaim her athletic identity alongside her domestic responsibilities.
