In this 1981 Tamil drama, five unmarried men living in the same neighborhood have their lives upended when a young woman moves into the area. What begins with the men's usual habit of flirting with girls evolves into a genuine friendship as she becomes invested in improving each of their circumstances. As she works to help them navigate their personal struggles, one of the friends develops romantic feelings for her.
