This 1995 Malayalam thriller centers on Dr. Roy, a skilled but hot-tempered surgeon whose life changes when he clashes with and later marries a fellow doctor, Annie, newly returned from studying in the US. Their relationship is thrown into turmoil when Annie uncovers evidence that a colleague has been secretly removing organs from patients during minor surgeries, a discovery that puts her in danger. When Annie is killed and the circumstantial evidence points to him, Dr. Roy finds himself wrongly convicted and must seek the real culprits behind her death.
