Set in Idukki, Kerala, the story follows Mahesh, a modest photographer who runs a small studio with his father while dating his longtime girlfriend. After being publicly humiliated in a street brawl with a stranger named Jimson, Mahesh swears not to wear footwear until he settles the score, a vow that persists even as his personal life unravels and Jimson leaves for work abroad. The film follows his prolonged wait for revenge alongside everyday events at his studio and among his close circle of friends.
