Set over the course of a single frantic day in Chennai, this Malayalam-Tamil bilingual comedy thriller follows an unemployed engineering graduate racing against multiple deadlines to repay a menacing moneylender while his girlfriend's family objects to their relationship. As he tries to elope with her and settle his debts, a chain-snatching and a series of chance encounters spiral his problems further out of control. Directed by Alphonse Puthren in his feature debut, the story unfolds simultaneously in two versions with largely the same cast.
