This 2010 Tamil action comedy follows Selvam, an ex-convict trying to leave his criminal past behind after being released from prison. He moves to Hyderabad for a fresh start, takes up a job, and falls for a dancer named Bharathi, only to find his old life resurfacing and threatening his new one. Directed by Sundar C, who also stars in the lead role, the film draws its story from the 1993 American film Carlito's Way and is noted for its comic sequences.
