Mirch is a 2010 Hindi anthology film that mixes comedy and drama to explore themes of gender equality and female desire. Its framing narrative follows an uncompromising young filmmaker pitching a producer a tale from the Panchatantra about a wife who evades blame after being discovered with a lover, which then spins off into three more variations on that premise set across different eras, including stories starring Konkona Sen Sharma and Raima Sen.
