When he learns that his childhood friend Anjali is about to marry another man, Mumbai-based Sanjay Malhotra rushes to her family home to try to halt the wedding, having secretly harbored feelings for her for years. As preparations continue, he and his friend Riya scheme to make Anjali reconsider, leading to escalating tension with her fiancé Rohit and her relatives, who dismiss Sanjay's warnings because of his easygoing, flirtatious reputation. The comedy-drama follows the unraveling of hidden feelings among the friends as the wedding day approaches.
