This 1965 Kannada mythological film tells the story of Anasuya, the devoted wife of the sage Atri, whose virtue grants her immense spiritual power. When three goddesses become jealous of her reputation, they persuade their divine husbands to test Anasuya's chastity by visiting her ashram in disguise. Through her devotion, Anasuya transforms these gods into infants to fulfill their unusual request, ultimately proving her virtue to all the heavens.
