This 2010 Tamil masala film follows Velu, a college student who falls for his classmate Anjali while his older brother Bose, a principled police officer, investigates a corrupt businessman's illegal land dealings. As Bose's inquiry threatens a network of criminals and complicit officials, the family becomes entangled in escalating danger and betrayal from those close to them. A remake of a 2007 Telugu film, it went on to become a commercial success.
