Karan, a young man from Kolkata who plans to study abroad, ends up enrolling at the University of Mumbai after an accident derails his original plans. There he crosses paths with Khushi, a woman from a village in Uttarakhand, through mutual friends who are themselves falling for each other. While helping bring their friends together, Karan and Khushi develop feelings for one another, but their stubborn pride prevents them from admitting it.
