A wealthy young heir, tired of his mother's efforts to marry him off, fakes a disability to scare away potential brides and then escapes to their family retreat in Kashmir. There, posing as a mere driver rather than the estate's owner, he falls for a local flower-seller, and their romance becomes entangled with hidden family secrets involving her guardian and a debt owed to a scheming forest official. Directed by Shakti Samanta with music by O.P. Nayyar, this 1964 Hindi romance marked Sharmila Tagore's Hindi-film debut alongside Shammi Kapoor.
