This 2019 Tamil romantic comedy, a follow-up to the 2010 film Kalavani, follows con man Arivazhagan as he teams up with a new companion named Vicky. When local Panchayat elections are called, with his uncle and the father of his love interest Maheswari both running for office, he decides to file his own candidacy, scheming to profit by getting either side to pay him to withdraw, and tricks a local figure named Panchayat into funding the plan.
