This Telugu fantasy comedy centers on a housewife in Vizag who, frustrated by the mistreatment of women in her community, is led to a mystical figure who gives her a strange concoction meant to overturn the balance of power between men and women. After it spreads through the city's water supply, the town descends into chaos as gender roles swap unexpectedly, prompting a visiting police officer to investigate the bizarre transformation. The film uses this premise to comment on gender dynamics and male dominance in a humorous way.
