After a violent attack leaves him scarred, a man receives reconstructive facial surgery that gives him a new identity. Using his unrecognizable appearance to his advantage, he seeks revenge against those responsible for his trauma while navigating a dangerous criminal underworld. The film's premise draws inspiration from the concept of identity exchange explored in earlier action cinema.
