Set in Bathinda amid its factories and power plants, this thriller follows a former soldier whose daughter's grave illness leads him to uncover toxic contamination of the local groundwater, an issue affecting the wider community. A factory bombing draws in a national investigator who must reconcile the competing demands of a grieving father, a journalist seeking justice for her murdered partner, and his own career ambitions and personal life, as he closes in on the truth about the poisoning and those responsible for it.
