Insaaf Ka Tarazu is a 1980 Hindi drama directed by B. R. Chopra about Bharti, a young model whose life is upended after she is sexually assaulted by a man named Ramesh and finds the legal system unable to deliver justice. Ashamed and disillusioned, she relocates to Pune with her younger sister Neeta, but the family's ordeal deepens when history threatens to repeat itself. The story, adapted from the American film Lipstick, explores the struggle for justice faced by the two sisters.
