Directed by Hansal Mehta and drawn from a journalistic account of the 2016 siege at a Dhaka bakery, this Hindi-language thriller follows a young man named Faraaz who ends up trapped inside the café with friends after armed assailants seize control. As authorities and his anxious mother scramble to respond outside, the film traces the tense hours of the standoff from multiple perspectives, including the captors and the security forces mobilized to intervene.
