A petty ticket tout named Raja pulls off a railway heist with his friend Gafoor and flees to Mumbai, where he becomes infatuated with a psychiatrist named Neha and poses as a wealthy returnee to win her over. His scheme is complicated when Bunnu, a phobia-ridden young patient of Neha's, also falls for her, sparking a rivalry that follows the trio from Mumbai to Ooty. The comedy of errors escalates with impersonations, a hired hitman, and mounting misunderstandings as both men vie for Neha's attention.
