Dasvidaniya

Dasvidaniya is a 2008 Hindi comedy drama about Amar Kaul, a low-profile accounts manager in Mumbai living quietly with his mother, who learns from his doctor that a terminal illness will end his life within three months. Determined to make the most of the time he has left, he draws up a set of ten personal goals—ranging from small indulgences to unresolved emotional matters like confessing old feelings and repairing a strained sibling bond—and works through them one by one. The film, directed by Shashant Shah and led by Vinay Pathak, draws inspiration from the concept of a pre-death wish list popularized by The Bucket List.
