Chithiram Pesuthadi is a 2006 Tamil romantic action drama, marking director Mysskin's debut, about Thiru, a martial-arts-trained young man who works as muscle for a local gang leader. His life changes when he clashes repeatedly with Charumathi, a spirited NGO worker who openly disapproves of his criminal ties, and the two gradually develop feelings for each other despite family disapproval and gang-related complications. Misunderstandings, family tragedy, and interference from the gang boss's son threaten to keep the couple apart as the story unfolds.
