Set in a Naxalite-affected district in India, this political action thriller follows newly appointed police officer Adil Khan as he struggles to counter a Maoist insurgency that has overwhelmed local security forces. He enlists his friend Kabir to infiltrate the rebel group and feed him intelligence, but Kabir's exposure to the displaced tribal communities and their grievances gradually shakes his allegiance. As his sympathies shift, the bond between the two men is tested, driving the story toward a deepening clash between the state and the insurgents it seeks to crush.
