After suffering severe facial injuries, a man named Shiva undergoes a face transplant using the features of a brain-dead donor named Shakthi. When mysterious attackers repeatedly target him, Shiva and his friends investigate Shakthi's past, uncovering his role in a village land and farming dispute with a corrupt local politician. The 2019 Tamil drama follows Shiva's journey to Trichy to piece together his donor's story and understand why his new identity has put his life in danger.
