Set in a run-down Mumbai residential block, this Hindi drama follows a newly retired police constable who forms an unlikely friendship with a young woman and her teenage brother, migrants from North India facing hostility from local political operatives eager to stir up resentment against outsiders. As tensions rise around a neighborhood festival and a rival vying for influence among the migrants, the constable's quiet loyalty to the siblings puts him at odds with the community enforcer stoking the conflict.
