Set in Chennai's criminal underworld, the story follows the rivalry between two gang leaders, Chinna and Periyavar, and the bond that forms after a man named Sekar saves Chinna's life and joins his crew. As Sekar rises within Chinna's organization and finds romance of his own, tensions grow with a jealous gang member while a newly appointed police commissioner moves to crack down on both gangs. The film traces how these loyalties and rivalries push the characters toward an escalating confrontation.
