This 2012 Malayalam medical drama, directed by Lal Jose, contrasts the careers of two doctors: a dedicated senior cardiac surgeon whose disappearance after a patient's death sets off a search, and a once-irresponsible classmate who eventually matures into a committed physician while working at a rural hospital. Through flashbacks, the film traces the surgeon's difficult training years, a strained romance, and clashes with a rigid mentor and a vindictive policeman, using their intertwined stories to explore ethics and dedication within the medical field.
