Her neighbour helps arrange a match, but the mystery man she falls for turns out to be living under a false identity, setting off a tangled web of mistaken names, family misunderstandings, and unexpected romantic entanglements between two households. The story weaves together the lives of a few eccentric characters as their secrets and deceptions gradually come to light.
